Information we collect

Information you choose to provide

A website inquiry may include your name, practice or organization, work email, phone number, role, requested service, message, urgency or timeline, location count or size, city or town, preferred contact method, best contact time, and limited EHR, software, or system context that you choose to share.

Inquiry and attribution context

To understand and route a request, we may record the source page and title, landing page, initial referrer, campaign parameters, certain paid-click identifiers, browser user-agent, and a one-way hashed network identifier used for abuse prevention and rate limiting.

Essential network and security data

Cloudflare processes ordinary request, network, and security information needed to deliver and protect the site. Essential operation does not depend on optional analytics consent.

Optional measurement data

If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics 4 may process page and session activity, approximate location, browser and device information, referral context, and a first-party measurement identifier. Microsoft Clarity may process interaction data such as clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, page layout, and session playback. We configure Clarity to mask input and dropdown values by default.

03

How we use information

  • Respond to business inquiries and identify the appropriate service route.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and inquiry workflow.
  • Prevent spam, abuse, duplicate submissions, and security incidents.
  • Understand aggregate site use and usability when optional analytics is allowed.
  • Maintain business records and comply with applicable legal obligations.
  • Protect the rights, safety, and property of HealthDesk IT, our clients, and others.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use website information for targeted advertising.

04

How a business inquiry is routed

When a public form is submitted, the inquiry is validated and recorded in HealthDesk IT's Cloudflare D1 database. Resend sends a notification to info@healthdeskit.com so a named HealthDesk IT owner can review and respond. Delivery status records may be kept to troubleshoot that workflow.

Form measurement boundary: analytics events are designed to record completion or route context—not the personal text typed into form fields.
05

Cookies and privacy choices

Essential site functions stay available without optional analytics. Your consent choice is stored in the browser so the site can remember it.

If you select Allow optional analytics, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity may set first-party measurement cookies or local browser values. Our configuration keeps Google advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, Google Signals, and ad-personalization signals disabled.

You can reopen the choice panel at any time. Selecting Use essential only updates the consent state, attempts to remove known optional-measurement cookies and storage, and prevents those analytics tools from loading on the next page load. You may also clear site data through your browser.

06

Service providers and other disclosure

We use a limited set of providers to operate the site and inquiry workflow:

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, investigate abuse or security concerns, protect legal rights and safety, or complete a legitimate business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

07

Retention

We keep inquiry and related operational records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business and delivery records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. The exact period depends on the record and purpose. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete or de-identify it.

08

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to reduce unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These include protected delivery, access controls, validation, rate limiting, and operational review. No website, network, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

09

Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law and subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information associated with your website inquiry. You may also ask how it was handled.

Email info@healthdeskit.com with the subject Privacy request. Please do not include PHI, passwords, or confidential attachments. We may request enough information to verify and safely process the request, and may retain records where required or permitted by law.

10
