Healthcare IT Technician I
BeginnerThis role is for someone early in their IT career who wants real experience in medical office support. You will help with user setup, workstations, printers, Microsoft 365 tasks, device prep, on-site visits, and day-to-day technical follow-through across New Jersey practices.
What you will handle
- Workstation setup, replacement, and basic troubleshooting
- Printer, scanner, phone, and office-side device support
- User onboarding tasks in Microsoft 365 under guidance
- Client-site visits across NJ with a senior technician when needed
- Basic documentation, inventory, and follow-up work
What we need
- 0 to 2 years of IT support experience or equivalent hands-on training
- Basic Windows, networking, and troubleshooting fundamentals
- Good communication and a calm attitude with office staff
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within New Jersey
- Exposure to HIPAA, SOC 2, or similarly structured environments is a plus
Senior Healthcare IT Systems & Security Technician
Senior / ProThis role is for a more experienced technician who can handle escalations, guide technical standards, and work across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, networking, security, and project delivery for medical offices in New Jersey.
What you will handle
- Lead escalations involving Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, endpoint standards, and access controls
- Support network, firewall, Wi-Fi, and office infrastructure work across NJ sites
- Triage security concerns, improve device hygiene, and tighten technical process discipline
- Coordinate vendors and technical work during office changes, rollouts, and higher-impact issues
- Mentor junior staff and keep documentation cleaner and more actionable
What we need
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support, systems, or infrastructure experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, and Entra ID
- Experience with networking, firewall, Wi-Fi, and endpoint standards
- Strong communication, leadership, and field-readiness for NJ client environments
- Experience in HIPAA, SOC 2, or similarly controlled environments strongly preferred
